We deliver products across Bangladesh. Delivery services are subject to the availability of courier partners in your area.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Fridays, public holidays, or after business hours will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Inside Chittagong City: 1–2 business days
- Outside Chittagong (Within Bangladesh): 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
4. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges depend on the location and product size/weight.
- The applicable delivery cost will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
5. Shipment Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details via SMS or email.
- Please use the provided tracking ID to monitor your shipment status.
6. Receiving Orders

- Once accepted, the responsibility for product safety passes to the customer.
