1. Eligibility for Returns

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Return Timeframe
- You must notify us of any issues within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Electrical items installed and used after delivery.
- Products sold as “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is inspected and approved by our team.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided through a bank account or mobile banking transfer.
5. Replacement Policy
- If the product is available in stock, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
- Replacement will be processed after we receive and verify the returned product.
6. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent).
