1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can only be returned if:
    • They are defective or damaged upon delivery.
    • They are incorrect items delivered by us.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Return Timeframe

  • You must notify us of any issues within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Electrical items installed and used after delivery.
  • Products sold as “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is inspected and approved by our team.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided through a bank account or mobile banking transfer.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is available in stock, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Replacement will be processed after we receive and verify the returned product.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent).
